Four Year Old Funnies!

Emily:  I have an instruction in my nose.

Dad:  You mean an obstruction?

Emily:  Yea I have an obstruction in my nose.

She woke up with a stuffed up nose this morning, and in normal four year old fashion had to come up with a much more "grown up" word for it.
